Based on the priority of a case, PCi technical support escalates customer issues through our organization to ensure mission critical problems receive a quick resolution.

In addition to promptly responding to client-initiated requests, PCi technical support proactively reports vital information about the availability of new product releases and current release patches to our installed customer base.
